Zombie Prom

This girl-loves-ghoul, rock-and-roll, Off-Broadway musical is set in the atomic 1950’s at Enrico Fermi High. Pretty senior Toffee has fallen for the class bad boy, Jonny, who spells his name without the customary “h”. Family pressure forces her to end the romance, and he charges off on his motorcycle, hurling himself into the nuclear waste power plant. But nuclear waste can’t stop true love. Jonny, as a teenage nuclear zombie, glowing and determined to reclaim Toffee’s heart. A tuneful selection of original songs in the style of the 1950’s keeps the action rocking and rolling across the stage.
